Customer Complaint Resolution Statement

It is the policy of SOS Roofing to put our customer complaints and resolution procedure into practice by:

  • Providing all clients with a copy of the Customer Complaint Resolution Policy Statement
  • Recording all complaints in writing
  • Responding to all complaints promptly but within a maximum of 3 days
  • Endeavouring to carry out and complete all works to resolve complaints within a maximum of 10 days
  • Referring complaints promptly to the Guild of Master Craftsmen Conciliation Service whenever the company is unable to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer

It is the responsibility of SOS Roofing to recognise and accept its management responsibilities as an employer to prevent injury and to ensure a healthy, safe working environment for all employees.   • Adequate facilities for welfare at work
