- We maintain responsibility for the actions of our subcontractors, advisors and agents, and will take all reasonable measures to ensure work is only sublet to quality tradesmen or those that meet the standards of the Guild of Master Craftsmen

method for handling complaints
- We will always maintain the standing of the Guild of Master Craftsmen
Customer Complaint Resolution Statement
It is the policy of SOS Roofing to put our customer complaints and resolution procedure into practice
by:
- Providing all clients with a copy of the Customer Complaint Resolution Policy Statement
- Recording all complaints in writing
- Responding to all complaints promptly but within a maximum of 3 days
- Endeavouring to carry out and complete all works to resolve complaints within a maximum
of 10 days
- Referring complaints promptly to the Guild of Master Craftsmen Conciliation Service
whenever the company is unable to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the
customer

It is the responsibility of SOS Roofing to recognise and accept its management responsibilities as an
employer to prevent injury and to ensure a healthy, safe working environment for all employees.
The company also accepts its statutory duties to conduct its undertaking in such a way as to ensure

Mr B.A. McGee of SOS Roofing has overall responsibility for health, safety and welfare, and he will
ensure that the policy is properly implemented, monitored and periodically reviewed in accordance
with the relevant statutory provisions.
The company will take all reasonable practicable steps to meet these responsibilities, paying particular attention to the provisions and maintenance of:
- Plant, equipment and systems of work
- Safe arrangements for the use, handling, storage and transport of equipment and materials
- Sufficient training, information, instruction and supervision

- A healthy working environment
- Adequate facilities for welfare at work
- Protective clothing and equipment
